It is my 12-week one-on-one nutrition coaching program, that allows the time to dig deep into what you need to know about developing life long habits so you can be comfortable in your own skin.
It provides you with personalised nutrition and food strategies that you can implement each week, to help you manage your weight and fuel properly.
During your initial appointment, we discuss your individual goals for the duration of the program. Then, each week, we revisit and focus on these goals.
Along with your nutrition goals, we will also talk about your 4-day food diary, which you will complete prior to this appointment.
This 4-day food diary give me an insight into what and when you are eating to allow me to many any changes to align with your nutrition goals.
At each subsequent review appointment, we will dive into the previous week to celebrate your wins!
We will also delve into any challenges you might have encountered throughout the week. Together, we'll find effective ways to overcome them.
It's important to acknowledge your successes and challenges to build on them as we progress towards your nutrition goals.
These topics have been carefully chosen to help you learn more about the food you eat and take out the complexity of nutrition, that has found its way into our lives.
